Hunkemöller's searching for a passionate and hands-on Interim HR Advisor to join our Scandinavian HR team on a maternity cover (12 months with possibility for extension). The position is based in our Scandinavian HQ in the Copenhagen Area. Preferred start date is 1 April 2021.

You will get the opportunity to work both operational and strategic and drive the HR agenda for Sweden with currently 30 stores. Therefore it is an advantage if you are a native-level Swedish speaker and have experience with Swedish labour law. Next to this role we're recruiting, the team consists of one HR Manager, one HR Advisor and a part time HR Assistant.

HR Advisor @ Hunkemöller

At Hunkemöller, an HR Advisor is responsible for the tactical Human Resources activities in our Retail organization, focused on our employees in stores. For us, HR is about serving the needs of the business whilst remaining people focused. Underpinning all of this is the desire to create a great place to work for our employees.

As interim HR Advisor you will be part of a passionate team. You'll be driven to continuously grow the capability and HR knowledge of our employees (Sales Managers and Store Employees) as well as working on initiatives to create a great place to work. The role requires a results driven individual with a senior HR attitude, in order to improve ways of working and actual results.

Our perfect candidate is a successful HR professional in a high paced, multi-site environment in the retail industry and/or service industry, preferably within an international setting, managing lots of different stakeholders, tasks and priorities.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Creating an even better HR focus at ground level and be a 100% respected point of contact
  • Working closely with your stakeholders in order to bring their teams to a higher level instead of simply fulfilling an operational role
  • Reviewing, developing and implementing initiatives in your areas based on ambitious KPI's and Hunkemöller's strategic plan
  • Working closely with your key contacts to create a great place to work, give world class service to our customers and deliver results
  • Being the HR expert on the labour market, legal & remuneration issues, development and support in recruitment for Sweden
  • Responsible for union contact and negotiations

The Perfect candidate needs to be a Hunkemöller brand ambassador & fan with…

  • Minimum of 3-5 years+ experience within HR
  • Experience with Swedish labour law
  • Bachelors/Masters education within the field of HR or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Experience in retail, hospitality or other service industry is considered a plus
  • Experience with Learning & Development is considered a plus
  • The ability to deal with deadlines, targets and multiple priorities
  • Ideally gained experience already within international HR systems, such as HR People Soft, Workday or similar programs
